Hi out there in 300 land

Can any one help me to explain me detailed what an AACA senior car is?

Is it judged of someone ho have knowledge about cars?

Is it a quality level if a car has AACA senior status?

Is it possible to control with some organization if a specific car have the AACA senior status.

 

Hope any one will help me with this
