[Chrysler300] 57 Bellows booster

1957 300C power booster.
 
Might anybody know some measurable specs as to how effectively the booster  
is providing boost?  Shop manual tells on page 68 how to determine that it  
works at all but zero measurement protocol.  Any  ideas?
