Gil Cunningham noted in his build card interpretation of my Ram K convertible that about 9.5% of 300-Ks had the ram package. Of the 3022 hardtops and 625 convertibles in total, that would make approximately 287 hardtops and 59 convertibles.

Are there a lot less than that?

The number I have always heard thrown around ws 52

And that they were left over J parts.
