[Chrysler300] Conv. Top Rail Frame

Hi Group

I have a 64 300 conv. and I would like to know if anyone knows what the white inside rail paint is called. I have some rust spots that i want to remove and do not know what the inside rail color is called. Is it a whit or a cream color and where can I buy it. Thanks for your help Mike 300k Conv.
