Ron,
That can be tough to remove. Assuming you have tried various organics and
at least one epoxy type paint stripper formulation, the next step would be
to call a powder coating service for their opinion. I'd like to know also.

Someone gave me a clean master cylinder housing that had been powder coated
a glossy brown color. I want to remove the powder coating. Does anyone know
the recommended procedure for doing this ?
