To answer your questions:

That delivery price was indeed DOOR to DOOR pickup and delivery. They will come right to your driveway if it is at all possible to get a 60 foot trailer down your street and out again.

That price also included up to $100,000 insurance coverage while in transit. They ask you up front  to value the vehicle.
