It's the 2009 Mopar Milestones, it appears to be an anual mag.
5 page sory on Jack's D. Jeff Miklas post this a few days ago. You'll  
need to go to a large book store to find it.
Got mine at Books a million in Texarkana. Borders didn't have it.
