[Chrysler300] leaf springs and shocks

Hi Group
I have a 300K conv. with air and I need new leaf springs and shocks. I know the club has a source for the leaf springs and would like someone to give me the company and phone number and contact person.
 
I also need shocks after replacing them two years ago. Would the weak springs cause the shocks to leak after two years? Can someone recommend a good pair of shocks that will last Moore than two years. Thanks for your help mike
