Re: [Chrysler300] Old Cars Inaccuracy

I have to diagree with you about Cars & Parts.
If they make a mistake and someone points it out they are the first ones to print the correction letter.I think they do a fine job repersenting all makes. And their are a lot of Mopar articles showing up in modern times.

OCW doesn't want to get in the middle of this. So they were vague, probably
because Don P. was also vague as to the car's provenance.

When we read an article in a magazine, club publication or whatever, we
assume that what we are reading is factual and accurate and it has been
fact-checked to that end. If an error has been made, we would expect that
the publication would correct it shortly thereafter. It's called
  credibility.

Publications that have been proven to lack credibility are ignored and
discarded by me. I stopped reading Cars & Parts years ago because of all the
inaccuracies that I was finding in their articles. Publications that hype
auction results and report the selling price with commissions included to
make it appear that a car sold for more than it did also have no room in my
  life.

  Just my 2¢.

  Ron
