[Chrysler300] Need help 65 300L

I just bought a 65 300L 2dr HT which is in need of floor on drivers 
side. Wondering what is best source for such a piece - I may have access 
to a 65 New Yorker 4dr but not sure if it would work or of condition of 
floor. Would a 68 300 2dr floor be better? or best of all are there 
sources of new pieces of decent quality. First time I've dealt with rust 
out - any suggestions welcome.  Thanks. Ed
