[Chrysler300] 57 300 engine

Hello everybody
a friend of mine has a 300 C engine completely apart, and the numbers on the block are 3NE572200. Is anybody looking for such an engine to bu mounted inside the original car? Is the engine a standard 375 hp or the 390 hp? Owner of the engine claims is the most powerful engine.
