    You are ranting here - not like the U I know.   I don't know how to tell 
you this, BUT there are several club members who happen  to be Canadian, and 
several others who happen to be Swedish - all very nice  folks, so I'm not sure 
you should be deriding our out of US members as you have  been here.    
Whether or not you will be able to put together a  consortium I do not know, but 
I'm sure that Dennis will sell to whomever he  chooses, within  or without the 
USA.
