[Chrysler300] Help... 300 Hurst

I have two issues:
One - I need little white touch up (very little) for my Hurst, anyone  out 
there? 
I'll be happy to pay.
Two - The hood is developing hair line cracks, it seems to me that its  in 
the paint only not in the fiberglass itself, anyone out there has any  
experience with this problem?
