[Chrysler300] 354 Hemi intake??

Hello all, I may have an early Hemi intake but I don't know enough about them to tell. It certinly is an early Mopar Castiorn 4 barrel intake, it has the Thermastate housing built into it and the number I can find on it at the rear is 143840C   can anyone fill me in as to what it fits?? regards George.
