The site, Mancini Racing, that Bill left a link to has the same type of spray can that I have in front of me  which appears to be the correct color. 
The can shown on Summit Racing appears to be more  blue and the wrong color. The can on Summit has a part number of DCC4120752AB. While the numbers are the same, It probably changed to DCC when Diamler took over. Not sure what the AB indicates. 

Anyway, in my opinion, the paint from Mancini is the correct color.
