[Chrysler300] stainless trim side roof gizmos

the stainless trim gizmos that go along the side of the roof on my 57 
300 C hardtop are pretty dented...and it looks like some bad stuff has 
happened to them over the years.

so, what does one do about that?

there is an ad in our little book from a guy that fixes stainless that 
sounds a little spendy / has anyone used his service /  is that the 
only solution?

any miracle someone has a set of them for sale that is better than mine?
