[Chrysler300] K Engine in a 64 Sport Conv?

Questions for all of you K guys out there.
A friend just purchased a 64 sport convertible and I think that it has the non-ram K engine.
The block is stamped V41, date, & HP.
The single Carter 4bbl is #3674S.
If this is a K engine, did it come with an 7 blade fan and fan clutch? It currently has a 4 blade fan with no clutch.
Does anyone know of a source for the choke mechanism that fits in the intake manifold?
