Thanks, Rich. Congrats on your trophies from Mopar Alley, too. I?enjoy the all-Mopar events, because that's my interest, and the people there know the cars. But this show was especially significant for me because, although I've won a few times at local events, the cars at the Concours?show were really top shelf units of all marques, and from all over the country. I still find it hard to believe that my car was selected over all the others in my class, especially Bill's?super-nice red 300G, with those attention getting swivel seats, the fins,?and the cross-rams.
It was a fun show regardless of the outcome, lots of great car folks, and the cars were the best of the best.

If ya done it, it ain't braggin'!
Congratulations to you and all you others that were able to show your cars
with the public this weekend. First in a concours in open competition is
especially noteworthy and we all like to hear when a club member's 300 wins
big.
Fellow member DeAndrea Vantree and I scored trophies for our 300's at the
MoPar Alley show in Fremont. DeAndrea has only had his black C coupe for a
month, but it attracted quite a crowd. There were about 350 Chrysler Motors
Products and second cousin AMC's there, but only about 1% 300 letter cars.
Lots of Roadrunners, Cuda's and Hemis, race cars, a COE, an Airstream and an
Airflow, a '69RT with a Viper engine. Even a cherry blown Chrysler
shelfpaper woody wagon shown by member Larry Jett took a trophy. Nice crowd
of Chrysler fans!
I put $70 worth of unleaded in our C-300 and it was 1/4 full when I started.
$4.189/gallon and I could have easily paid 10-15 cents more/gallon for
unleaded regular.

Hi Group,
I don't usually blow my own horn, but today my 300H won Best In Class at the
Concours d'Elegance of the Eastern United States, in Bethlehem, PA.
Competition was tough, including a 53 Muntz Jet 2 dr HT, a nice 56 DeSoto
Firedome Convertible, two nice 58 Impalas, a 58 Studie Golden Hawk, a 59
Dodge Custom Royal Super D-500 Convertible, a couple of T'birds, and Bill
Irving's beautiful bright red 300G Coupe. What a great honor to be selected
as "Best" !!!
