[Chrysler300] "F" horn relay?

Brothers and Sisters of the (F)amily.  Where in the dickens is the  horn 
relay attached to the body of an F?  My horns aren't working so want  to start 
there but can't find the darn thing.  Wiring diagram has a violet  wire coming 
from the starter relay but it disappears into a huge tape wrapped  bundle that 
further disappears in the major mess of stuff under the hood.   A clue?
