[Chrysler300] any common problem areas to putting the c together

have taken every nut and bolt out of her. is there a certain area i should  
concentrate most on or are they all the same. have at least 90% of the parts to 
 put her together. just wondering if theres a certain thing that deserves 
more  attention. any help would be appreciated
