My dash pad took 20 days from the time I ordered it by phone, till the time it showed up at my front door. They asked me to send them a color sample. I sent the sample about a week after I ordered the pad. First they make the pad, then the color goes on last.?

how long does it take to get a dash pad from these people? been trying to  
call but im on the east coast and by the time i remember to its either too early 

 or too late. i heard they take a long time, like a  year.
