Oh, well.  I guess a direct link doesn't work - You'll have to go to www.fram.com and search under one of their air filter types by the CA3649 part number.  They have all their data in an inconvenient-to-copy format.

It gives dimensions for the CA3649 air filter element and many competitive crossover numbers.
