I'm no whiz at the electronic media stuff, but I would imagine that it  would 
take quite a bit of space to include everything (pictures, etc.) in a  single 
e-mail version, even a pdf. file, and I'm not sure whether everyone even  has 
the Adobe software to open it. (although it is a free download).
