After a bout of serious eye strain time, I don't think those are the correct carbies on that setup.
and I speculate it isn't solid lifters anymore, so maybe the rocker-arms are not the adjustibles,
So if anyones interested, you might ask the seller if he has the carbs, rockers and valve-covers somewhere.

(PSST:  there is someone who goes to the swaps that is doing a reasonable job of stamping the regular valve-covers with 'bumps', they are close but just enough off, at least the sets I saw, to be decernable as non-originals.

Still sitting here dejected because I caught someone I know shill bidding, and I didn't think he was that unscruplious.
