[Chrysler300] 57-9 Bumper Closure Piece

Hi Gang -

On the 57-9 Chrysler 300 and NYer front and rear bumpers, the 'closure'
piece is chromed steel. But what is the closure piece made out of for the
lower priced models ? It's gotta be either stainless or painted steel, but I
wasn't sure.
