It is definitely a scam.  Look at this link for a Chrysler 300G convertible
for $13000:

It even comes with cruise control, which I understand is impossible with the
crossram engine.  It also uses "Marca" instead of Make, etc., in
the description.  Oh yes, and an existing warranty too.  I bet they might
even throw in free shipping if you ask.
