[Chrysler300] Have to weigh in

I dint like to weld on fuel tanks,but sometimes it has to be done.My method is ( empty tank,purge with shop vac on blow for at least 1/2 hour.put at least 2 qt. of watter in low area of tank,put in 1lb.or more of dry ice-you can buy it where they sell ice cream-This will fill the tank with Co2.)Stand behind wall and test with flame from torch,Weld the tank .be fast and check that the Co2 is still filling the tank.Jim McMullan 300 F
