You might be able to get the CA DMV to issue a salvage title with a
non-operation rider.  See:
http://www.dmv.org/ca-california/title-transfers.php

Or, you might have to have a CA citizen or dealer take possession, get a
salvage title and transfer it back to you.  The organization receiving the
car as a donation should be able to obtain a salvage title for you. (If
that's what you mean by a donation car).

Hello guys.
 
Have a car in California and having trouble with the title.
Has a JUNK cert. but no real title. Donation car.
Ready for shipping but no papers that work for Customs.
My shipper can't reach their contact for the moment so now I wonder
if anybody in California has a title company they can recommend.???
Any suggestions???
