[Chrysler300] Florida 300

It turns out that Ralph told the buyer of the C300 that he either never had a title for that car or couldn't find it. Does anyone know who sold Ralph those cars ?----serial # 3N551375----He never mentioned in his ads with the 300 club or to me in all of our conversations that there was no title for that car. He was driving it so I wonder how he got it registered with no title ?----Johnnie Slayton
