There was no factory option for a 440 dual quad on the 300 in 1966.   
Originally, when there was a plan for a 66 300M, it was going to have the 426  HEMI 
as the standard engine. However, it never came to fruition.  If this  car has a 
440 dual Quad, then someone took some time to do it.
