Pete and All:
Here's some info, more will be sent out by Carlton soon.

  The Spring 2008 meet will be in Eagle River, Wisconsin from May 28, 
2008 to June 1, 2008. Eagle River, located in the north-central part of 
Wisconsin is a northwoods vacation town for many people. We will be 
staying at the Eagle River Inn & Resort located on Watersmeet Lake and 
the famous Eagle River chain of 28 lakes. There are 5 condos and  a 
variety of rooms, so check the web site and pick out what you want. The 
condos are perfect for family or friends to share. Private  baths and 
Bedrooms wit a common living room. We encourage this as that way we can 
sell out the whole hotel.

  There will be plenty of good food at modest prices and I'm now working 
on a number of activities to assure a great Northwoods experience for 
everyone.

Hospitality Room and Patio is on the lake.
  For members booking their hotel rooms early there is contact 
information below for the Eagle River Inn & Resort and the Super 8 
overflow hotel. In the next few weeks I'll send complete listserver 
info for members not able to attend the Springfield meet and also get 
meet info onto our website and in the Club publications.

  The lady to talk to to make your room reservations is Babette Baltus. 
Her set hours at the Eagle River Inn are Fri and Sat - 7am to 3pm. 
Babette works at the Inn other times and also at the Super 8. If you 
don't reach her at the Eagle River Inn nos. (715-479-2000 or toll free 
866-479-2050) leave your name and number at Babette's extension 221 and 
she will call you back.
