[Chrysler300] Fall Meet Menu

Hi Folks; For those  of you going to the Fall Meet, here's the menu for 
Saturday's Banquet, for those of you not going, we'll miss you:

Caesar Salad: Romaine, Spiced Walnuts, grated Parmesan cheese, Crutons.
Tossed Salad with Assorted Garnishes and Dressings,
and Vegetable Pasta Salad

Rosted Strip Loin of Beef with Port Wine Reduction

Sauteed Chicken Tenderloins with Penne in Lemon and Basil Cream

Baby Green Beans with Yellow Squash

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Rolls and Butter

Chefs Choice of Three Desserts

Coffee on the table, Herbal Teas, and Iced Tea.

Cash Bar as long as we need it.

I am also making a change in the Thursday morning event. I want to take 
us 50 miles south of the Hotel to a collection of 600 cars and Trucks 
of all stripes.
300 are inside and in fair  to good condition and the rest are outside 
in various states of disrepair. ALL are for sale. Many MOPARS!!
For those who drive I-55, it's on the way North @ exit 41. We will 
drive on some of the Original Route 66 for part of the way,
and visit some neat old towns along the way back if we all want to. It 
should be a fun day for  those old car nuts who like to  look at 
everything.
