Hi Johnnie and All:
The parts book clearly calls out the same extensions, PN 1945 384  and 5 for 
the PC 1,2,3, so the Windsor, Saratoga, and NewYorker (and 300) are  all 
identical.  The Windsor "Face Bar" or main bumper is apparently shared  with a 
DeSoto model, and is different than the other Chrysler models.   Looks like you 
should have a good source for the parts you need.
