Buy a roll of appropriately sized rubberized cork or composite gasket 
material at the nearest parts store and make your own.  I am 
surprised your mechanic did not just do this.  It shouldn't take over 
1/2 hour  and a pair of scissors and a hole punch to make a perfect 
gasket.  The pan is the pattern.  Be sure to undimple the bolt holes 
so the pan lays flat for a good seal.
