For all those with problems this is the email on the front page of the 
other club's site

I guess they should hear about your problem so that they can work to fix 
it.  It is probably a problem on their side but as I suggested with the 
virus checks recommendation, when something strange is happening with your 
computer it is always best to check it completely for viruses.  Most times 
everything is alright but you want to protect against that one time when 
something is wrong.
