Hi,
Yes, you're right, USPS has canceled the "surface shipping" for all 
foreign countries since 05/15 !! Not only Australia.
The only way (except the expensive UPS or FedEx) is now USPS air.

Just a thought: yesterday i called Kanter to know what would be the 
shipping for a gallon of silicon brake fluid to France (price : 65 $) : 
the quote is 111.00 $ !!! We must also pay the Custom fees at the 
arrival .. Some months ago Kanter quoted me 100$ shipping for 4 upper 
control arm bushings !! They said that now they send only via UPS .. So 
bye bye Kanter.
