[Chrysler300] eBay item #140123256442 - QUARTER PANEL, CHRYSLER, DODGE, DESOTO ...

There's a vendor on eBay who is now selling a rear quarter patch panel (from taillight to rear wheelwell)  for 57-58 Mopars.  Here's a link to his current offfering: http://tinyurl.com/2c2nsv    The link is for eBay item #140123256442.
Though I cannot vouch for its quality, fit or finish, it's almost certainly better than no replacement panel at all.  I have never tried one, and don't know anyone who has.
   
  Well, I had asked the vendor if he was planning to reproduce a patch panel that would fit ahead of the rear wheelwell to the door on a 2-door, and he responded below, saying he is planning to have them out next week, and is calling it a "full lower quarter repair" panel.  I don't know if the panel will be the same coverage as the Metalcrafters panel, but it sounds like it.
   
  To be sure, I suggest you contact him directly (ClassicParts4U@xxxxxxx), or watch for the panel on eBay.

yes i should be coming out with the full lower quarter repair panel by next weekekd that would have that area. contact me next weekend if you need it.
