Pennzoil packages 'Type F' as market number 5523. 
  From  WWW.motorcraft.com/ spec you show is Type F.  Part number XT-1-QF works in US for 1 qt Motorcraft fluid. Was last used in '82 Ford vehicles in US. Some Volvos used 'Type F' many moons ago; maybe into '83.  The spec you show, the /G is for European spec. 'Type F' is non friction modifier fluid so cannot be substituted for Dexron.
