[Chrysler300] door panels/ weather stripping

       Hello all,
   
        Now that it seems like spring may finally be here,
I am readying for the road and could use some help in a few departments:
Door panel backing boards?? Where would I get them and who restores
door panels?I am also redoing weatherstrippping on doors and need door filler gap?
for rear of door where weatherstrip meets window. I have core for passenger side
and partial core for drivers side but do not see said item in GG's catalogue.
Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.
