[Chrysler300] Rene Kroeger missing 57 Chrysler parts from Iowa.

Hello 300 members,
   My name is Tony Braams of Australia and I am pleased to be a recent 
new member to the 300 club.  I am a great fan of the Exner 55 to 61 
Mopar cars and have been in contact with several members, so far, a 
great club.
   Recently I contacted and bought some parts from Rene Kroeger in 
Bondurant, Iowa, after seeing his advertisement of the many Chrysler 
parts, he had for sale in the Spring Club News.
   It now seems another member or someone reading the Newsletter has 
also bought some parts from Rene and incorrectly recieved a pair of 
rechromed taillight bezels to suit a 57 Chrysler, instead of them being 
sent to me, here in Australia.  They are of good driver quality, not 
perfect, that is fine.  My bezels are badly pitted and good replaters of 
the dreaded potmetal here in Australia is rare to find.  
   Due to the exact same low weight of the package being sent from Iowa 
and the exact same low weight recorded as recieved here, it instantly 
proved the heavy 57 bezels were never in the package, when packed 
originally.  I instantly knew when I took delivery, things were going to 
be very wrong.
We are hoping for some club honesty here and the bezels can be forwarded 
back to Rene or sent to me, at our cost of course.
   Sorry to annoy everyone with this problem, but it seems like the only 
possible solution, to hopefully correct the error.  I know Rene is a 
longtime member of the club and totally honest, as am I, that is not an 
issue at all. 
   Without calling in Doctor Clueso, or Sherlock Holmes, we hope to hear 
something very soon from someone.
