[Chrysler300] 57 jack instruction sheet

Can someone please remind me of where the Jack Instruction sheet is mounted in the trunk of a 57 300 C?

Also, if the spare tire cover was optional or standard.  The Jack instruction sheet I have for 57 doesn't show the spare tire cover.  Was that only for Imperials?
