[Chrysler300] inner tie rod ends

A friend is working on a '62 300 for use as a daily driver. He just installed a P-S-T front end kit, but the kit does not include inner tie rod ends. They are not available from them, even as an extra.  Is there any source for inners? 
   
  Also, PN's for the KYB front and rear shocks?
