Why not ask the question of George Riehl  _longrams@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 
(mailto:longrams@xxxxxxxxxxxxx)   ? He's  very knowledgeable about fan clutches as he 
sells NORS fan clutches (and he's  our Chrysler 300 Club, Int. Inc. President).

Bill,
My books tell me that 1970-73 call  for a taller fan clutch. It will 
work just fine, it's just a little  shorter.
