[Chrysler300] Windlace Again

I just received the windlace for my 300D convert from Gary  Goers, and it 
looks just fine.  Question, tho:  At the top of the  interior rear  quarter 
panels, where the windlace tucks under the quarter  panels, does the windlace still 
have the rubber (?) tubing inside or does the  tubing end just prior to being 
tucked in?  Thanks.  Terry  McTaggart
