[Chrysler300] not '300 sticks' but options and colors

Owen from New Zealand tells why sticks can be worthwhile, but on my
experience of my manual steering 300C, they were built for Daytona, or open
country driving - certainly not nice round slow speed roundabouts?!
Rarity for rarity's sake often does not work unless the auto/item was
desirable/fun - many real rare old cars today are near worthless if
unknown/unwanted?.
And re unpopular colors comment - why is it (over here in Australia) that if
you hear of or find an original low miles one owner car, it is nearly always
in the least liked color combination (pale greens, fawn, grey) - do older
people buying their last car have lousy taste, or what is it?
Here in Australia, many US 50-60s cars imported are the bad colors - you
yanks ain't so stupid, you let us get those unpopular ones cheap/cheaper.
Enjoy your cars, colors and options, beauty is in the eye of the beholder,
or is that actually the eye of the owner?!
ps - tell your President to stop making war on Oil Countries - his oil
buddies might be doing alright, but we are getting done real bad gas price
wise here - just hit $1.50 a litre for premium unleaded, and $2.00 a litre
tipped by Christmas - blamed is Mr Bush Jr for talking of 'newking Iran'.
and pps - having to push the auto button to start the 300 is a great theft
deterent - no one today knows how to start one, unless they knew other
Mopars that had same idea. All you have to do is hope they don't break the
ignition key trying to twist it to the start position that is not there!!
