Hi Larry and All:
The paint used on the 300G instrument panel was Ditzler (PPG) #9229 Black
Frost Poly gloss, not that this info will do you much good---I am sure they
cannot mix to that formula any more. I would suggest you take the glove box
door to the paint store and have them scan it for the closest mixable match,
unless a Club member already has a modern number that they could give you.

Hello group, I'm getting ready to paint the dashboard on my G and was
wondering if anyone knows the paint code that is used? I kind of
remember someone saying ( at Carlisle ) it was an easy to match color
that was also used by GM for exterior paint/ Make sense? I appreciate
the help. Thanks, Larry Meixner 300G
