[Chrysler300] 65 Chrysler cable shift question

I am offering on ebay, beginning tonight, a complete conversion package to 
convert a '65 Chrysler from a column shift to a console shift.

Can anyone confirm two things for me. Does the column shift car use cable 
operation to shift gears the same way as the console shift? If so, are the 
cables the same length? I have cables to include in the auction but wanted 
to ensure the transmissions are the same in '65 regardless of the shifter 
location before the auction begins. I could check my manual but I'm at work 
today and often this group is more helpful than any manual.
