i perfer to use paypal due to the protection it offers the buyer. without being rude in any way, it does say the payment options on the listing. some sellers just dont use paypal because of the % taken off the sale for the service. its not a ebay or paypal issue, its a buyey awareness issue to the terms of the seller.
