[Chrysler300] 413 Oil Pump Cover

Looks as though I need the replace the gasket on the oil pump cover for our 1962.  Can someone tell me the best procedure to do this?  Is it just a matter of removing 4 bolts, scraping the old gasket off, glueing the new gasket on, replacing the bolts?
