[Chrysler300] Gas Milage

Hi Mike,  I just happened to come across the figures from a trip I made 
in 1961 from LA up to Kamloops, B.C. and back through Montana back down 
to Arizona.  Camping, Fishing & looking for girls and back to Long 
Beach, CA.  driving my 1960 Dodge Phoenix   Dart with a 383 Ram 
Induction Engine, 2.93 to 1 gears.  Driven by two 20 year old Sprint Car 
Drivers.  I won't list each gas stop just overall for the trip.   Make 
sure you look at the price of gas.   3 week trip.
     Miles driven:  2,875 miles
    Gal. of Gas:  191.8 gal.
    Cost of Gas:  $ 79.97
    Cost / mile:   27.8 cents/mile
    Worst mileage on one tank:  12.4 mpg
    Best mileage :  15.8 mpg
    Trip average:  14.4 mpg                                        Was
